Shipping

All the products are shipped to your door steps for no extra cost, except few bulky products like dog bed, bird cage, aquarium etc. We ship same day by DTDC, TNT or Professional courier service for all the confirmed orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday, we do not ship on weekends & Indian holidays.

Returns

We accept returns for damged goods & for issues where size ordered doesnt fit your pet. We either replace the prodcut on return or give you full money back. You can contact us if you have any such issues.
